The wine must is the juice of unfermented grape. It is not an alcoholic, very typical in Spain, and appropriate for people of all ages, including children. There are a variety of musts in Spain, although they’re not as many as wine. It has many antioxidant properties, so that a section of tasting wine is very healthy besides enjoyable.

This week the tasting of must be in the restaurant Museo del Vino in Lavapies district.
