Madrid Fusión 2020

Madrid Fusion is the largest and most important international gastronomic festival of Spain, held every year since 2003, now at IFEMA, Madrid’s Fair. Participating chefs around the world and several companies in the food sector, with cutting-edge proposals for new dishes and products, tastings, lectures, workshops, competitions and awards.

Madrid Fusion 2020 celebrates its 18th edition with an excellent program. It will offer competitions, workshops, auctions, and awards ceremonies. Last year, Madrid Fusión broke all records with more than 2,000 participants and 13,000 visitors, figures that are expected to be surpassed this next edition.
