IE Chinese New Year Celebration

The IE China Club Madrid will hold its own celebration of the Chinese New Year on February 9, with the sponsorship of TANDEM Madrid and other companies.

The event will be held at the Club’s headquarters, in María de Molina street, in Madrid. In addition to offering some of the most typical dishes of Chinese gastronomy, there will be different activities related to its culture, such as a calligraphy section, the Dragon Dance, a Tea Ritual or traditional singing performances. There will also be a raffle where participants can win shopping coupons and everyone will receive a calligraphy notebook to practice what they learned in the workshop.

This will be the Year of Rooster of Fire, which according to Chinese tradition is a period that requires hard work and patience so that we can achieve our goals. With this event you can start the Year of the Rooster of Fire enjoying the authentic Chinese culture in the first person.
