Didactic walk through the old center of Madrid

In this walk we will know the old center of Madrid, learning a bit of history and interesting facts of the city.

Madrid is a city that grew a lot and very fast, extending for miles in the region. But for centuries, the whole life of Madrid developed in a small part of the center of the capital, which is still today called “Villa de Madrid”. In this Villa, which covered from the Paseo del Prado to the Royal Palace, mythical personalities such as Cervantes or Goya circulated in an environment that was very conducive to the development of culture, arts and science. We will discover several of those sites that have witnessed so many facts and stories and that today form the most touristic part of Madrid.
